Makes small 20 rolls

Ingredients:

  • 500g store bought dough
  • 120g mozzarella cheese cut into 20 cubes (you can add more for an even greater gooey centre)
  • 4 tsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped finely
  • pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Divide the dough into 20 equal balls. Take a piece of cubed mozzarella and press into the middle of the dough ball. Pinch the dough ball closed and make sure it is sealed well. Place the dough balls on the sheet, with the side you pinched closed, facing down. There should be about a 2.5cm spacing between the balls. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.

Just before the rolls are done, mix the butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley together and place aside.

When the rolls are finished, take it out of the oven and brush the butter mixture over the tops of the warm rolls. Serve warm
