Spinach & feta quiche



Try out this easy quiche recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 400-500g bacon cooked (you can use ham aswell)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheese
  • 2 rounds feta
  • ready made pastry for 23cm pie dish 
Preheat oven to 190 C. Whisk the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together
Layer the spinach, bacon/ham, feta and cheese in the bottom of the pastry. Then pour the egg mixture on top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Slice into 8 pieces. Best served hot but still delicious when cold
