Cookies with white chocolate chips


Easy cookie recipe to try out! :)


Makes 12 - 14 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 50 g white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a large baking tray with baking paper. Beat the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add the golden syrup and beat for another minute. Add the flour and white chocolate chips and mix to make a soft dough. Roll the dough into 14 balls floured hands. Place them onto the baking tray and flatten slightly, leaving space between them to spread out. Bake for 12 - 15 mins until lightly golden at the edges. Cool on the tray for a few mins, then place on a wire rack to cool completely.
